Customer Service Coordinator

Description

This role serves as a key point of contact for assigned customers with a primary focus on supporting customer satisfaction at our super plant in Sioux City, IA. The representative will maintain a strong relationship with key contacts at the customer location as well as with the sales representatives responsible for those accounts. Project management and data entry are essential day to day activities. You will receive and process routine customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered. Maintain an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff. Incumbents use knowledge of products and product availability to provide a communications link to the customer. Apply basic skills and procedures for the position within assigned functional area.

Requirements

• 4-year Bachelor degree; Preferably in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant work history will be strongly considered in absence of degree
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred
• Self-starter with a customer service orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to effectively multi-task, be self-managed, and manage time effectively
