Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Order placement, provide general sales information, determine product requirements, manage pricing and coordinate deliveries.
  • Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through support, guidance, diligent follow-up, and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of Fiber Glass Systems' product line.
  • Basic understanding of project management and scopes.
  • Strong ability to read and match purchase orders, quotes, and order entries.
  • Diligent follow-up with customers, both internal and external.
  • Able to follow and reinforce established processes.
  • Assist customers with questions, report issues, and escalate concerns.
  • Audit compliance and report creation.
  • Adhere to company quality standards and corporate compliance guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • 1-3 years of customer service or operations/planning experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products required.
  • Excellent communication skills essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills required.
  • Strong time management and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
