Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Order placement, provide general sales information, determine product requirements, manage pricing and coordinate deliveries.
- Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through support, guidance, diligent follow-up, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of Fiber Glass Systems' product line.
- Basic understanding of project management and scopes.
- Strong ability to read and match purchase orders, quotes, and order entries.
- Diligent follow-up with customers, both internal and external.
- Able to follow and reinforce established processes.
- Assist customers with questions, report issues, and escalate concerns.
- Audit compliance and report creation.
- Adhere to company quality standards and corporate compliance guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- 1-3 years of customer service or operations/planning experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office products required.
- Excellent communication skills essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills required.
- Strong time management and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
