The Job
Each position is a seasonal opportunity, with the summer season running from May 1, 2026 through October 15, 2026. The end date may be subject to change based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques.
- Identify and safely use kitchen equipment.
- Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service.
- Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation.
- Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation.
- Partner with front-of-house staff to create WOW memories that the guests will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
- Aid kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service.
- Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups.
- Work as a team, assist all guests needs and inquiries.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Cook.
- Available to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable in a restaurant kitchen and with the use of culinary tools, equipment, and techniques.
- Takes pride in their work, provides a safe environment, and maintains health standards.
- Able to take direction, multi-task with ease, and works well with a team environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Food Handlers Card.

Pay
The rate for this role is: $24.00 per hour. This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
