Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and break down beach umbrellas, lounge chairs, and related amenities to ensure a pristine and luxurious beach experience.
• Operate the property house car to provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation for guests while delivering exceptional service standards.
• Maintain the house car in immaculate condition to reflect the property's luxury brand image.
• Park vehicles for guests and visitors, manage front driveway traffic, monitor illegal parking, and store vehicles efficiently.
• Safely and efficiently transport guest luggage to and from rooms with care.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions; answer inquiries and offer recommendations promptly.
• Deliver room service orders, packages, or other guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Ensure the lobby and main entrance are clean and organized; report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Monitor premises for unusual activity and report concerns to ensure guest safety and security.
• Collaborate with front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Build rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure their comfort throughout their stay.
• Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and ensure timely service.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and understanding in guest interactions.
• Maintain high standards of guest services as established by the Managing Director.
• Actively demonstrate teamwork, safe work practices, open communication, respect, sincerity, helpfulness, courtesy, and humility.
• Follow proper procedures for guest illness, system failures, fire alarms, security incidents, and other emergencies; report unsafe conditions.
• Build morale and spirit, interact positively with team members and guests, and resolve problems to the satisfaction of all parties.
• Uphold personal appearance and hygiene standards as an example for the team and reflect a professional image.
• Creatively execute strategies and drive results to create unparalleled experiences for guests and team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of previous work experience in a similar capacity within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Valid Florida driver’s license; ability to operate standard and automatic transmission.
• Fluent in English; other languages considered an asset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand continuously and perform job functions during shift.
• Must be able to reach, stoop, kneel, twist, bend, balance, lift, push, pull, and transport objects weighing up to 75 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
