Responsibilities

• Use an engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Aid in welcoming guests by unloading their luggage and serving as a knowledgeable resource for the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.
• Escort guests to the front desk for check-in and assist with luggage delivery to their rooms.
• Collaborate with the lobby attendant to keep the entrance area clean and organized.
• Ensure each guest has a personalized experience and assist with guest arrivals and departures.
• Exceed guest and team expectations by going above and beyond to “wow” guests.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective teamwork and communication abilities.
• Friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Desire to make a positive impact on others.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
