Responsibilities
- Set up and break down tables, chairs, and equipment according to event specifications
- Review banquet event orders and room diagrams to ensure accurate event setup
- Arrange meeting rooms, banquet spaces, and outdoor venues according to guest and event requirements
- Set tables with appropriate linens and decor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of meeting and event spaces
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment such as tables, chairs, stages, and banquet supplies
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet event setup deadlines
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
