Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks like pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory are managed efficiently. Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Champion the Famous culture by providing stellar customer engagement, leaving customers wowed with top-notch experiences.
• Elevate to Your Goal-Crushing Era: Drive sales with purpose and urgency, review store performance, and communicate effectively with the team to achieve goals.
• Act with Integrity: Adhere to company policies, seek feedback for improvement, and uphold high standards.
• Bring the Positive Vibes: Embrace diversity and inclusivity, maintain a positive mindset, and support teammates in their development.
• Be a Shoe-off: Help customers find the perfect styles and ensure they leave with the perfect fit and the Famous Feeling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store
• Positive communication skills with store associates at all levels
• Independent judgment and discretion in partnering with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers
• Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
