Preferred Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store.
• Positive communication skills with store associates at all levels.
• Independent judgment and discretion working with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers.
• Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible scheduling to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Physical Requirements & Environment

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
