Preferred Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma/GED
• Build constructive and effective relationships within the store
• Communicate positively with store associates at all levels
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers
• Work effectively within a team
• Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours

Physical Requirements & Environment

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Maintain mobility on the sales floor for extended periods of time
