Passholder Collateral & Communication: Assist with the creation and distribution of season pass communications across multiple touchpoints, including the passholder Facebook group, passholder emails, passholder hub Dollywood.com, on-park educational/upsell videos, fulfillment collateral, toll plaza fliers, ticket booth handouts, and premium items
Exclusive Events & Perks: Coordinate season passholder events and perks at both the theme park and water park, including sneak previews, exclusive ride times, passholder discounts, and special offers
Sales Team Orientation: Coordinate and facilitate the annual sales team orientation to brief internal divisions on "what’s new" regarding consumer ticketing and season pass structures
Reporting & Insights: Monitor and compile weekly sales and offsite tracking reports, providing summaries and strategic insights to the Regional Marketing Manager
Frontline Incentives & Alignment: Facilitate communication, training, and incentive programs for upsell initiatives with Front Gate Admissions, Resort Ticket Desk and Sales & Service teams
Competitive Analysis: Track competitor season pass programs, deadlines, and pricing structures to deliver comprehensive monthly reports to the Regional Marketing Manager
Advertising Messaging: Coordinate promotional ticket and season pass advertising messaging paid media traffic instructions and with the Regional Marketing Manager and the Destination Marketing Manager
Education And Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Advertising Communications, required
Experience in entertainment, gated attraction, professional/collegiate sports, hospitality or tourism industries, highly preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to safely operate company vehicles according to company policy. Must have valid driver’s license, proof of auto liability insurance and acceptable motor vehicle driving record

Physical Requirements | Environmental Conditions
- Lifting and Carrying: Position may require occasional to frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs utilizing company’s safety guidelines for safe lifting
- Mobility: Position may require intermittent to prolonged sitting, standing and/or walking for duration of shift, up to 13 hours
- Repetitive Movements: This position may require performing repetitive movements and tasks throughout the shift, including repeated use of hands, arms or other body parts as part of typical job functions
- Environmental Conditions: This position requires the ability to perform work tasks in varying weather conditions to include extreme cold and heat
