- About the role: Conduct high-quality assessments of search engine results pages to ensure they meet specified quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve search functionality and user experience.
- Conduct detailed analysis of search results to identify and report on issues related to relevance, accuracy, and usability.
- Work closely with developers and product managers to implement fixes and enhancements based on assessment findings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations for improving search quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in web content management or search engine optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO tools.
- Proficiency in using search analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Knowledge of natural language processing and machine learning concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
