Order Clarification Representative - 1pm-9pm ET (Work From Home)

About the role

Koozie Group, known for the iconic Koozie® Can Kooler and a wide range of promotional products, seeks an Order Clarification Associate to support its CSR team. The associate will clarify and maintain non‑production‑ready orders, process distributor inquiries, and ensure orders move smoothly to manufacturing. We provide training for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Clarify and validate customer purchase orders and process orders to manufacturing in a timely manner (e.g., change imprint colors, set ship dates)
• Process art proof approvals and non‑approvals in clarification queues
• Receive and process customer emails in the clarification email inbox
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls in queues
• Manage reports, rush requests, hand walks, and other miscellaneous duties
• Flex into other customer‑service‑related roles as needed
• Respond to distributor questions or proof on orders via phone, fax, and/or email

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service and data entry experience preferred

Skills

• Proficiency using a computer and associated software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with order management systems such as Oracle, MacPac, and AS4
