Responsibilities
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic DSPs.
- Conduct keyword, audience, bidding, and targeting research to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and campaign health while ensuring accuracy across all campaign settings.
- Create and manage ad creative, including text, display, and social advertising assets.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify actionable insights, and deliver clear reporting with strategic recommendations.
- Ensure quality control across campaigns, including targeting, budgets, tracking, and creative execution.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices, applying new insights to improve campaign performance.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through case studies, best practices, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful client outcomes and exceed performance goals.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic DSPs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into optimization strategies.
- Experience building, managing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, curious, and proactive with a passion for testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and performance optimization.
- Background in mathematics, economics, analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Foreign language proficiency is a plus.
Pay
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
