Responsibilities
- Conduct proper operation at the Seafood Department.
- Cook properly and safely prepare seafood products according to recipes and guidelines.
- Coordinate the work of employees to achieve satisfactory operating results, adhering to company procedures, policies, and executing company goals.
- Act as a role model of professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision-making at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling as needed.
- Use visual and auditory senses to perform job duties effectively.
Requirements
- CPFM – Certified Food Protection Manager or its equivalent certification is required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a seafood department.
- Experience with seafood preparation and handling.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
