Responsibilities

  • Conduct proper operation at the Seafood Department.
  • Cook properly and safely prepare seafood products according to recipes and guidelines.
  • Coordinate the work of employees to achieve satisfactory operating results, adhering to company procedures, policies, and executing company goals.
  • Act as a role model of professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision-making at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling as needed.
  • Use visual and auditory senses to perform job duties effectively.

Requirements

  • CPFM – Certified Food Protection Manager or its equivalent certification is required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a seafood department.
  • Experience with seafood preparation and handling.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
