Responsibilities
- Conduct proper operation of the Meat Department.
- Cook properly and safely prepare meat products according to recipes and guidelines.
- Coordinate the work of employees to achieve satisfactory operating results.
- Achieve compliance with company procedures, policies, and goals.
- Act as a role model of professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision making.
Requirements
- CPFM – Certified Food Protection Manager or its equivalent certification.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a grocery store setting.
- Experience with meat preparation and handling.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
