Our testing protocols are designed to comply with state-specific regulations, including those related to lawful off-duty conduct. We need to remove boilerplate: Equal Opportunity Employer, E-Verify, Employment Offer Contingencies & Requirements, Compensation & Benefits Disclosure? Actually the Compensation & Benefits Disclosure contains substantive info about pay range and hourly position requiring min 50 hours per week. That is substantive. However the phrase "Compensation & Benefits Disclosure" is a heading but we need to use

for sections. We could incorporate that info into Pay or Benefits sections. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings. We need sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (duties list), Requirements (maybe qualifications like driver's license, age, certification, experience), Qualifications (maybe similar to Requirements? Might be overlapping; but we can combine or choose one). Skills (communication, integrity, decisiveness, leadership). Benefits (competitive salary, performance bonuses, weekly pay, 401k, PTO, holiday pay, career advancement, sign-on bonus). Pay (pay rate $43,888-46,932, plus note about hourly, 50 hrs/week). Schedule (open availability, ability to work any shift, especially to cover call-outs). Also maybe include "Why Join Us" as Benefits. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include application instructions like "Apply today". That's boilerplate? It's a call to action; maybe considered application instruction. The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should remove sentences like "If you're ready to lead a team towards success and be part of our exciting growth journey, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and take the first step towards a rewarding career filled with opportunities and achievements!" That's application instruction. Remove. Also remove "Why Join Us" heading? We can treat that as Benefits section. We need to preserve all substantive information: duties, benefits, pay, schedule, requirements, qualifications, skills. Let's extract: About the role: introductory paragraph: "Lead with Purpose as a Store Manager at One of the Nation’s Top Convenience Chains! Are you an inspiring leader ready to do more than manage—ready to drive store performance, motivate teams, and be the example every shift? We’re looking for Store Managers who lead from the front, jump in where needed, and take full responsibility for making their location a success. If you have open availability, a passion for hands-on leadership, and the drive to make an impact, this opportunity is for you." That's substantive. Responsibilities: list of duties under "What You’ll Do". We'll put each as
  • . Requirements: maybe "Open availability with the ability to work any shift as needed, especially to cover unexpected call-outs." Actually that's schedule. Requirements could be: valid driver's license, access to personal vehicle, proof of insurance, minimum age 21+, food safety certification, retail or food management experience preferred. Also "must have (or be able to obtain) a Food Safety Certification". Also "must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance" (already). Also "Open availability with the ability to work any shift as needed, especially to cover unexpected call-outs." That's schedule but could be requirement too. We'll separate. Qualifications: maybe similar to requirements but we can treat as "Qualifications" for education/experience? Not much else. Could combine with Requirements. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can have Requirements (license, insurance, age, certification, experience) and Qualifications (leadership skills, communication, integrity, decisiveness). But the instruction gave examples: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to fill each if we have content. Let's map: - About the role: intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: duties list. - Requirements: mandatory items: valid driver's license, access to personal vehicle, proof of insurance, minimum age 21+, food safety certification (must have or able to obtain), open availability (ability to work any shift). Also maybe "must have reliable transportation". Also "must have insurance". Also "must have valid driver’s license". Also "must have ability to work any shift". Also "must have ability to cover unexpected call-outs". Also "Retail or food management experience preferred" (preferred not required). Might go under Qualifications. - Qualifications: preferred/experience: retail or food management experience preferred, willingness to lead by example, strong communication skills, integrity, decisiveness. Also maybe "ability to coach team members", but that's more responsibility. - Skills: maybe "strong communication skills, integrity, decisiveness, leadership, coaching, upselling, inventory management, merchandising, banking/cash handling, safety/cleanliness/food safety, expense control, labor hour control, executing company programs, cross-training, deli/QSR ops". But many are responsibilities. However we can list skills like communication, integrity, decisiveness, leadership, coaching, etc. - Benefits: competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, weekly pay, 401(k) day 1, paid time off & holiday pay, career advancement, $1500 sign-on bonus after 6 months. - Pay: Pay Rate $43,888-46,932, plus note about hourly position requiring min 50 hrs/week, annual compensation reflects base hourly wage for 40 hrs + overtime for >40. - Schedule: Open availability with ability to work any shift as needed, especially to cover unexpected call-outs. Also note typical work days but must be available for any shift including evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays. We must avoid duplication. Ensure we don't repeat same info across sections unnecessarily but it's okay if needed. Now produce HTML fragment with

    headings and
    • for lists,

for prose. We need to ensure we don't include empty sections. All sections will have content. Let's craft:
