About the role
We are looking for future area managers to oversee all aspects of store operations. This is a full-time, salaried position where you are accountable for everything that happens within your store — People, Operations, Sales, and Profits. This includes ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You will lead by example because your team will follow every example you give. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
Our franchise has a promote-from-within mentality; 90% of our franchisees started as drivers. We will make sure you have worked and understand every position that you would lead. Restaurant management experience is valued and will expedite your path to becoming a successful leader.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations
- Accountable for People, Operations, Sales, and Profits
- Ensure safety, training, and culture of the team
- Lead by example and model expected behaviors
- Enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time
- Work 5+ days per week, including most weekends
Qualifications
- Ability to smile and have fun
- Clean background check
- Age 18+ with 2 years of safe driving history, or age 19+ with 1 year of safe driving history
- Working, reliable car or truck
- Valid vehicle insurance
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Currently residing near store location
- Judgment, leadership, math skills, and ability to multitask
- Restaurant management experience preferred

Pay
$52,000 – $75,000 annually (salaried)
Schedule
Full-time, 5+ days per week, most weekends required
