About the role

A Restaurant Manager at Fiesta Mart is the top-level supervisor/manager in our restaurants and has full profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Select, develop, and manage employees to achieve sound financial results
• Develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leads and other employees
• Execute Fiesta Mart standards, including the company’s mission, vision and values
• Report to the District Manager and Director of Operations

Requirements

• Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification
