SE&V Lead Tool Integrator
About the role
Our team, the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) team at Lockheed Martin, is dedicated to engineering, developing, and integrating new capabilities for the Missile Defense System that protects the United States and its allies. We operate within smaller, agile teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, focusing on Sensor/Weapon Integration, Algorithm Development, User Interface Development, Automated Testing, Cyber Security, and enhancing critical missile defense technologies.
This position will concentrate on early-phase (concept, requirements, and design) activities of the systems-engineering development lifecycle, performing technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analyses, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems at all levels—from concept to disposal.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new system concepts by transforming stakeholder needs into technical approaches.
- Perform requirements elicitation and decomposition using behavioral artifacts such as use cases, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
- Lead the development of physical and logical system models using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches and tools (e.g., Cameo, DOORS, Datahub).
- Lead system interface development, as captured in Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and Interface Design Descriptions (IDDs), converting requirements into message-level details.
- Support formal and informal engineering technical reviews.
- Create, review, and critique interface documents, system requirements, verification documentation, architectural documentation, and engineering estimates.
- Interface with key stakeholders, including the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) customer and working-level counterparts.
- Participate in Agile development planning and execution, including iteration planning and status reporting.
Requirements
- A final secret clearance is required for consideration.
- Systems Engineering/Architecture experience.
- Experience with MBSE approaches and tools (e.g., Cameo, DOORS, Datahub, Confluence, JIRA).

For Washington state applicants only: Non-represented full-time employees accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) and receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full-time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month, up to 52 hours of sick leave annually, and receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $104,900.00 - $194,700.00. The salary offered considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market considerations.
