Lead Systems Integrator

Position Responsibilities

Lead team of systems and electrical engineers in behavior modeling and requirements decomposition for system, sub-system, and software design
Drive integrated solutions and advocate for quality and consistency across the overall ground system design
Utilize Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools to document designs and provide traceability to project requirements
Solve problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle
Collaborate with engineering teams that have significant interdependencies with ground systems

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
• 7+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
• 3+ years of experience with defining system architecture and requirements or verification and validation activities

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Experience leading an engineering team
• Experience working on proprietary programs
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as CAMEO or similar Systems Modeling Language (SysML)-compatible tool for systems architecture and model development
• Experience with Mission Systems architectures and Open Missions Systems (OMS) and/or Universal Command and Control Interface (UCI)
