As the Lead Technology Integrator, you will be responsible for translating the command's digital modernization and technology strategies into actionable execution by orchestrating a comprehensive technology roadmap and establishing a rigorous governance framework. You will work closely with senior military and civilian leaders to co-develop a comprehensive operational framework with the CTO, including a support charter and governance structure. You will ensure that all technology initiatives are directly aligned with broader mission priorities for AMC’s supply chain and Organic Industrial Base (OIB) operations.

  • Lead the development of technology roadmaps, providing a strategic, time-phased visualization of capability investments across near-term operational, mid-term transitional, and long-term strategic horizons.
  • Establish and manage a minimally viable Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to provide consistent enterprise-wide visibility and oversight of all CTO initiatives.
  • Design and implement a robust governance strategy by defining the organizational battle rhythm and establishing formal decision forums.
  • Map and manage integration pathways to coordinate the CTO's initiatives with key enterprise stakeholders, including staff sections, Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs), and Department of War (DoW) acquisition organizations.
  • Create a formal technology intake process and define objective scoring criteria for evaluating new capabilities.
  • Align roadmap milestones with formal senior leader decision points, funding cycles, and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings, recommendations, and technical findings to senior leaders.

Requirements And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in a technical discipline (e.g., Information Technology (IT), Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing strategic technology roadmaps, specifically aligning technical capabilities to organizational readiness and mission impact.
  • Proven experience serving in a team lead or program management role on Department of War (DoW) advisory, strategy, data, or technology efforts.
  • Experience establishing and running governance frameworks, including defining decision authorities, intake processes, and evaluation metrics.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication skills, with a track record of producing strategic documentation such as options papers and briefing decks for C-suite or General Officer/Senior Executive Service (SES) leadership.
  • Comfort working independently in fast-paced, evolving mission environments.

Desired Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of the AMC organizational structure and missions.
  • Familiarity with Army funding cycles, POM planning, and DoW acquisition pathways.
