About the role

As a Sales Development Representative at Destify, you are the first voice couples hear on their destination wedding journey. Your role is to create genuine connection, uncover what makes their dream wedding unique, and guide them toward the right path forward, all before handing them off to a specialist ready to close the deal. This is a high-impact, high-empathy role for someone who loves people and loves winning.

What You'll Do

  • Congduct in-depth, consultative discovery calls with couples inquiring about destination weddings
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand the couple's vision, priorities, budget and guest count
  • Present 1–3 curated resort and package options tailored to their unique needs
  • Schedule seamless handoff consultations with our Sales Specialists to drive toward close
  • Manage and maintain your pipeline of inbound leads
  • Accurately capture notes, preferences and next steps in our CRM to ensure a smooth transition
  • Build early trust and excitement that sets the tone for the entire client experience
  • Maintain and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for discovery calls held and consultations scheduled

Requirements

  • A natural communicator who listens as well as they talk
  • Someone with genuine curiosity — You dig deeper than the surface and uncover what truly matters to the people you talk to
  • A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to grow in sales
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple conversations at once
  • Tech savvy and comfortable navigating CRM platforms and communication tools
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or events is a plus
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends to meet couples when they're most available
  • A passion for weddings, travel or helping people through meaningful life moments
