Responsibilities

• Design and enhance test automation frameworks
• Build and improve automation frameworks and implement scalable automated test suites and scripts
• Drive quality improvements by recommending and implementing enhancements across automation design, development, and execution processes
• Lead and mentor QA analysts, developers, and testers on automation and performance testing strategies
• Execute and analyze testing by developing, maintaining, and debugging automated test scripts while tracking and communicating execution results
• Evaluate tools and frameworks by participating in tool selection, creating proof of concepts (POCs), and recommending automation solutions
• Collaborate across teams by working cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality software

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing automation frameworks with strong programming and scripting skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong coding experience with object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Experience with automation tools and frameworks (open-source or commercial)
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and test management practices
• Experience with version control systems and defect tracking tools
• Understanding of cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and system architecture concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
