As a Manager, Infrastructure (Services)
You will…
- Lead a 24x7 operations function by coaching and developing system administrators/operations analysts, setting goals, and improving support practices and outcomes.
- Drive stability and continuous improvement through incident/problem management, clear escalation communications, and measurable operational KPIs.
- Own change and release execution by coordinating seamless implementation of hardware/software updates and ensuring standards and procedures are followed.
- Partner and plan strategically by collaborating across Technology and vendors to deliver infrastructure solutions, manage capacity, and support financial/budget goals.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of technology-related experience
Qualifications
- 10+ years of infrastructure/systems engineering experience in a mid-to-large enterprise, including designing highly reliable and scalable solutions
- 6+ years troubleshooting complex infrastructure in production, plus experience with VMware and enterprise server platforms (e.g., Cisco UCS / Dell / HP) and Windows Server/Linux administration
- 8+ years working with formal change management and release practices; 6+ years delivering within Agile/modern delivery methods (e.g., Scrum/Kanban, CI/CD)
- 6+ years working with security/compliance frameworks and hardening standards; working knowledge of AWS/Azure preferred
Skills

Pay
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
