Hybrid position available in San Diego, New York, Austin (TX), and Charlotte.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement UI automation frameworks for Angular-based applications and .NET test frameworks using Playwright, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Develop and execute automated tests for UI, .NET APIs, validating functionality, performance, and integration with front-end components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams to refine requirements, participate in sprint planning, and ensure quality standards align with Agile principles.
- Leverage BPMN tools to understand and validate business workflows, integrating process automation testing where applicable.
- Maintain test documentation and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated tests are integrated into continuous delivery processes for rapid feedback and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with other Development teams, QA teams, and Support teams to design, develop, test, and maintain the various platforms and their integration with other systems.
- Collaborate with Product, UAT, and Development teams to support production deployment, validation, and sign-off.
- Assess opportunities for application and process improvements and prepare documentation outlining platform roadmap.
- Work collaboratively with DevOps teams to adopt CI/CD toolchain and develop automation.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product/project support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation, with strong expertise in UI automation for Angular applications and .NET test frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation.
- Proficiency in API testing for .NET applications using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Understanding of BPMN tools and business process validation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in iterative development environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Experience utilizing AI-powered tools like Copilot to generate code snippets, boilerplate code, and entire functions based on natural language descriptions.
- Leveraging AI to provide intelligent code completions, reducing time spent on writing repetitive code.
- Using AI to identify potential bugs and suggest fixes in real-time as you write code.
- Employing AI to suggest and automate code refactoring, improving code quality and maintainability.
- Utilizing AI to generate documentation for code, including comments, function descriptions, and usage examples.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve issues efficiently.
- Capable of effectively planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks utilizing resources and tools.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00 per hour.
