Scrum Maters Program and Training Analyst
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile Scrum activities including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement coordination, and sprint review sessions for cross functional delivery teams
- Support collaboration between product owners, engineers, UX specialists, and stakeholders to ensure development priorities are clearly understood and aligned with program objectives
- Assist with requirements coordination by helping translate stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog updates
- Track and communicate team progress, dependencies, and potential delivery risks to program leadership
- Support development and delivery of training materials, user guides, and informational resources for stakeholders using the enterprise digital services platform
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities including demonstrations, training sessions, and feedback collection to support continuous improvement of program capabilities
- Assist with documentation of program processes, workflows, and operational procedures to support consistent delivery practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Program Management, or a related field
- Seven or more years of experience supporting federal IT programs or enterprise digital platforms
- Experience supporting Agile delivery environments and facilitating Scrum or similar team coordination activities
- Demonstrated ability to assist with requirements development, backlog management, and coordination between stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience developing or delivering training materials, user guides, or stakeholder support resources
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to support coordination across technical teams and stakeholders
- Experience supporting Federal Government or large enterprise technology programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master certification or similar Agile delivery certification
- Experience supporting cloud hosted enterprise platforms in AWS or similar environments
- Experience supporting DevSecOps enabled delivery teams
- Experience facilitating user training sessions or stakeholder engagement workshops
- Experience supporting programs involving multiple contractor teams and distributed user communities
Other Requirements
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment and government background investigation to include FBI fingerprints
- This position requires access to U.S. Government facilities and systems
- U.S. Citizenship, a valid driver's license, transportation, and auto insurance are required
