Scrum Master - TS/SCI with Polygraph

You’ll apply the latest technology and provide operational support to deliver actionable intelligence for the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities

• Host daily stand-up (scrum) meetings, sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work with Product Owners to maintain product backlogs, remove obstacles/impediments impacting sprints.
• Keep the TPM informed on the status of their projects, and work closely with the Release Manager to keep plans, schedules, and roadmaps up to date.
• Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions to total systems or subsystems using internally created and/or commercial off-the-shelf products.
• Provide end-to-end project management support of the life cycle.
• Provide a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components.
• Coordinate with other team members and ensure problem solution, appropriate risk reduction, and user satisfaction.

Requirements

Education: BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

Required Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience

Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $161,500 - $218,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Travel Required: Less than 10%
