What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Experience: 3+ years of related experience
  • Technical skills: Plans and facilitates scrum activities, maintains JIRA and other information radiators for the teams, collaborates with clients or end users to understand business requirements, identifies and resolves impediments, motivates teams to perform, provides reports based on team capacity, serves as a scrum master for up to three medium size Agile teams or one large consolidated Agile team, may coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
