Scrum Master (Remote) - Clearance Required

Remote, US-based Scrum Master role for a leader in the Business Services space. Active Secret clearance required; no visa sponsorship available.

About the role

Lead continuous-improvement initiatives focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. Partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. Create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile software development teams
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and continuous improvement
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog alongside the Product Owner
• Collaborate with Technical Program Manager to align sprint execution with program milestones
• Identify technical dependencies and remove delivery impediments with the Engineering Lead
• Coordinate collaboration across software engineering, UX/UI, and DevSecOps teams

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with Agile software development teams
• Proven experience leading Agile teams using Scrum/Kanban for enterprise software delivery
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and DevSecOps
• Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay

$111,000 – $195,000 annually
