Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Typically, 10+ years of work experience in a related field
- 4+ years' experience as an Agile Scrum Master (preferred)
- Experience as an Agile Coach (preferred)
- Experience leading an organization’s transition from Waterfall to Agile (desired)
- Ability to analyze and think quickly, and to resolve conflict
- Knowledgeable in techniques to fill gaps in Scrum
- Ability to determine what is Scrum and what is not
- Experience with successful Agile techniques
- Ability to work with and lead a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused amid distraction
- Demonstrable proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience working in an environment where Agile was applied at scale
- Experience operating in a variety of Software Development Life Cycles (Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile)
- Experienced facilitator able to apply various techniques to ensure effective meetings (both co-located and distributed)
