The SCRUM MASTER will support three teams within the Professional Services division, facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and managing project scope, timelines, and costs to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. This role is integral in fostering team collaboration, coaching agile practices, and maintaining progress to deliver successful project outcomes in a scaled agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate standard Scrum ceremonies and navigate scaled agile processes including release and quarterly planning.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and costs to meet expectations.
- Communicate complex status updates effectively to managers, directors, and stakeholders.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks and software development lifecycle processes.
- Mentor teams to be self-organizing and focused on continuous improvement.
- Create an open, transparent environment that promotes innovation and problem-solving.
- Lead release planning and guide quarterly program planning.
- Partner with technical leads to provide feedback, coaching, and professional development.
- Collaborate with Scrum teams to ensure successful sprint execution using best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Highly organized with strong initiative and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in self-organizing teams.
- Willingness to provide and receive feedback.
- Scrum Master and/or Project Management certifications are advantageous.

Pay
$90,000 - $140,000
