About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with Project Manager experience to lead our organization's transformation from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices within our Capital Markets division. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional who can both guide teams through change and actively contribute to establishing our new Agile framework. Front Office Capital Markets experience is a must. The successful candidate will be instrumental in standing up new Scrum teams and implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across our organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation from waterfall to Agile methodologies within the Capital Markets division
• Guide teams through change management and Agile adoption
• Establish and implement a new Agile framework
• Stand up new Scrum teams
• Implement SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across the organization

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master
• Project Manager experience
• Front Office Capital Markets experience
