Scrum Master
Primary Responsibilities
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, Quarterly Planning
- Agile 6.0 Implementation: Ensure Agile practices remain outcome-focused, promote Agile 6.0 principles, champion continuous improvement
- Team Effectiveness: Partner with Product Owner and Engineering Leadership to remove delivery impediments, improve sprint predictability, increase engineering throughput, reduce cycle times, enhance team collaboration
Required Experience
- 7+ years Scrum Master experience supporting software development teams
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience leading Agile transformations
- Experience with SaaS product development
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Experience working with globally distributed teams

- Predictable sprint delivery established
- Engineering throughput significantly improved
- Agile 6.0 practices fully adopted

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 83400.00-155000.00
