Scrum Master

Primary Responsibilities

• Agile Leadership: Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, Quarterly Planning
• Agile 6.0 Implementation: Ensure Agile practices remain outcome-focused, promote Agile 6.0 principles, champion continuous improvement
• Team Effectiveness: Partner with Product Owner and Engineering Leadership to remove delivery impediments, improve sprint predictability, increase engineering throughput, reduce cycle times, enhance team collaboration

Required Experience

• 7+ years Scrum Master experience supporting software development teams
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification
• Experience leading Agile transformations
• Experience with SaaS product development
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Experience working with globally distributed teams

Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 83400.00-155000.00
