Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with product owners to define requirements and prioritize backlogs.
• Help the team deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
• Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Track and report on team progress and performance.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve Agile processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
