About the role

The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that the team produces the highest quality software possible providing tangible value to customers. The Scrum Master will be able to coach multiple software delivery teams in an Agile environment. Servant-Leadership, organizational, and motivational strengths are essential. The Scrum Master will work with the Scrum Teams to maximize their potential while promoting self-organization. The Scrum Master will lead delivery teams supporting internal and external customers using the Agile/Scrum framework.
Who should apply
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 3+ years' experience as a dedicated Scrum Master, with working knowledge of Agile practices in the IT industry
- Experience working on consumer facing products, preferably for B2B SaaS applications
- Completed Scrum certification
- Proven Scrum Master experience working with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and supporting multiple Software Engineering teams
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar work management tools
Responsibilities
- Coach and facilitate the teams through the Scrum events and mentoring to the Scrum Values according to the Scrum Guide.
- Guide multiple scrum teams to successfully deliver customer product increments
- Be the steward of the process to ensure the team is working by the values and practices of Scrum
- Coach Company development teams and overall organization in Agile best practices and selection of the appropriate processes (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Organize and facilitate, when necessary, all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-up meetings, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Provide reports and requested analyses for scrum team goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Effectively leverage approved AI-powered tools and automation to enhance productivity across daily work activities and applicable Software Development Life Cycle elements —such as requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and /or operations.
- Support the change management process for updates to ISNetworld and Empower applications and environments

Onsite Requirements
- Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office.
- Relocation is required for candidates not already local to the DFW area.
- In-person attendance is required at minimum 2 days per week during the first 90 days of employment.
- After 90-day review, in-person attendance is required at minimum 1 day per month and required for certain meetings and tasks (collaboration with stakeholders and customers, team collaboration day, ISN events, team events, performance reviews, etc.).
