We are seeking a self-started, highly motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Impiricus. In this role, you will facilitate agile practices and principles while supporting our mission to revolutionize healthcare communication through innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about agile methodologies and have a proven track record of guiding teams to deliver high-quality software products in the healthcare technology space.

Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings, ensuring they are productive and align with agile best practices
- Coach development teams and stakeholders in agile principles, helping to maintain focus on delivering value while fostering continuous improvement and innovation
