We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is a motivated self-starter with superior listening, effective communication, and organizational skills to assist our customer in their fast-paced Program Management operations. The ideal candidate would be familiar with Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Mission Systems (PAE Mission Systems) and Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic’s scope of work and possess the ability to execute SAFe/Agile scrum master responsibilities. Responsibilities Manage multiple projects and work rapidly in a high tempo environment that requires multi-taskingFacilitate communication and information exchange between internal/external groups and the project teamMonitor progress, provide feedback, and sustain a culture of agility and learningDrive collaborative meetings obtaining progress updates, addressing potential obstacles/challenges, and ensuring the project remains on trackCollect and analyze data to determine projects velocity and other critical metrics. Address shortfalls and monitor corrective actions to achieve desired outcomeCollaborate with other scrum masters to improve methodologies’ efficiencyAssist client management in maintaining side projects and ancillary effortsPerform other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business-Related or Engineering CurriculumMinimum of six (6) years of experience with enterprise IT and project managementPreferred experience and/or familiarity with JIRA project trackingMinimum of two (2) years of experience as a Scrum MasterExperience with requirement or business analysisExperience setting up sprints, running reports, and creating queriesActive Secret clearance Desired Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM)Agile or SAFe certificationsExperience with projects using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Experience and understanding of SharePoint Online migration and refactoring tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SPFx) Location: National Capital Region Schedule: remote Salary: 100k+ to align with experience and education Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
