Job Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Build, coach, and support a newly formed Agile team focused on Fraud Data Transformation initiatives.
- Manage sprint execution, team capacity, velocity planning, and backlog refinement activities.
- Identify, track, and resolve dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams and stakeholders.
- Partner with Product Owners, business leaders, and technology teams to prioritize work and deliver business value.
- Provide clear status updates, risk escalation, and executive-level communications.
- Drive Agile best practices and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience leading enterprise technology teams.
- Strong expertise in Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience building or leading newly formed Scrum teams.
- Proven stakeholder management, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience managing dependencies, risks, impediments, and escalations.
- Proficiency with Jira, including backlog management and Agile reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives and cross-functional teams.

- Banking, financial services, or fintech industry experience.
- Fraud, financial crimes, or risk management program experience.
- Data transformation, data migration, or data modernization project experience.
- Instant Payments, RTP, or FedNow experience.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
- SAFe Agile framework experience.
- Confluence or other Agile collaboration tool experience.
