Scrum Master

About the role

Provide project and program level oversight of strategic initiatives, specifically Dev2030 and Internal Developer Portal activities. Facilitate SAFe Agile Scrum Master activities, project/program management, and business management activities. Collaborate with engineering, platform, security, vendor partners, and developer experience teams to translate standards and business objectives into features and user stories. Drive the execution of ITSM roadmaps to ensure processes and services align with stakeholder needs. Lead ITSM process and/or service improvement efforts by cultivating strong collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams. Evaluate business needs, organizational characteristics, and industry best practices to identify gaps or deficiencies in existing processes and services.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate SAFe Agile Scrum Master activities, project/program management, and business management activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform, security, vendor partners, and developer experience teams to translate standards and business objectives into features and user stories.
• Drive the execution of ITSM roadmaps to ensure processes and services align with stakeholder needs.
• Lead ITSM process and/or service improvement efforts by cultivating strong collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate business needs, organizational characteristics, and industry best practices to identify gaps or deficiencies in existing processes and services.

Requirements

• Minimum eight (8) years of IT experience, including four (4) years implementing or supporting ITSM processes or services.
• Minimum four (4) years in a leadership role working with process or service teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or a related field (additional equivalent work experience may be substituted).
• Deep expertise in subject area to conduct or oversee business-specific projects.
• Ability to provide clear product, program, and project direction to delivery teams.
• Strong communication skills to influence leadership and foster relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
