Responsibilities

• Be the scrum master for all internal project teams
• Provide scrum and project reports to upper management
• Perform Stakeholder Management
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources
• Delegate project tasks to employees who are best positioned to complete them
• Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Plan sprints and tasks in Jira
• Work with the required project management tools including Jira and Asana

Requirements

• 2-4 years of Scrum Master experience with a consulting or professional services firm
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to organize, motivate and communicate with teams
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience with product and/or software development processes
• Certified Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
• Understanding of resource management including human, financial, and other asset-based resources
• Strong preference for familiarity with Agile methodology including knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and project tools like Asana

Qualifications

• Experience with IT projects
• Experience working in Entrepreneurial and Startup environments

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
