Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Scrum team in achieving higher levels of agile maturity.
- Facilitate self-organization within the Scrum team.
- Support the team in removing impediments.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise.
- Complete enterprise change requirements and deliverables.
- Support cross-portfolio scaling initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Knowledge and exposure to agile practices.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Jira is required.
- General Skills: Communication skills including facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and the ability to provide candid but caring feedback are necessary. Problem-solving abilities to address impediments, gaps, and challenges impacting delivery are also required.
