Role Overview
We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive a project focused on CMDB Data Completeness for Business Applications. The successful candidate will guide the team in following the Scrum framework, identify and remove impediments, and ensure project objectives are met. This role involves close collaboration with business application stakeholders to address data gaps and improve CMDB health.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and remove obstacles hindering the team's progress.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and regular feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the team adheres to the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
- Address data gaps for active business applications in the CMDB by working with stakeholders.
- Update the CMDB Health dashboard to reflect the health of business applications.
- Deploy planned Choice Value changes to Business Application attributes.
- Develop and revamp ServiceNow Knowledge Articles and training materials.
- Create an APM Dashboard in ServiceNow to provide status updates on application-related tickets.
- Identify and manage the retirement or re-categorization of applications that no longer meet the business application definition.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a Scrum Master role is required. Demonstrated experience with ADO and ServiceNow is necessary.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Agile methodologies, ADO, and ServiceNow is required.
- Soft Skills: The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
