Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with practical knowledge of agile frameworks and techniques, and a deep understanding of technical concepts and industry trends.
• Proficiency in facilitating agile events and coaching teams toward collaborative and effective interactions; exhibits leadership qualities by guiding and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills within an agile context, paired with excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities that simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non‑technical stakeholders, build strong collaborative relationships, and skillfully resolve conflicts within teams and with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.
• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high‑quality products.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand‑up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high‑quality products/solutions on time.
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Project Management) or equivalent experience.
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI‑ACP), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A‑CSM), or equivalent certification.
