About the role
Our client, a leading airline provider, is seeking a Scrum Lead to support Agile and DevOps teams focused on delivering high-value software solutions through Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices.
Contract Type: Contract
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76155
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Responsibilities
- Optimize the flow of value from idea generation through product release
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, SAFe practices, and continuous improvement
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote team self-organization
- Identify, remove, or escalate impediments impacting team delivery
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy product backlogs and improve product planning
- Foster transparency through information radiators, metrics, and Agile reporting
- Serve as an Agile coach and mentor, promoting best practices across cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or equivalent)
- 6+ years of experience working in Agile environments
- Experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Proven experience coaching Agile methodologies across technical teams and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Scrum, servant leadership, conflict resolution, and Agile best practices
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional Agile and DevOps teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving Agile adoption across enterprise organizations
- Demonstrated experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Participation in large-scale Agile transformations
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience mentoring Scrum teams and Product Owners
- Ability to identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement

Pay
The approximate pay range for this position is between $50.00 and $57.00 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
