Scrum Lead (Agile Delivery)

Role Summary

We need an experienced Agile Lead/Scrum Lead to drive agile delivery for a cutting-edge mobile + hardware ecosystem. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams building: Native mobile/watch apps, Scalable cloud backend, Data infrastructure, Customer support tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Leadership: Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos; Track progress using JIRA/Confluence, manage dependencies; Ensure alignment with program milestones
• Delivery Coordination: Oversee development of: iOS/Android apps (BLE, real-time data, firmware updates), WatchOS/WearOS apps (standalone functionality), AWS microservices (APIs, auth, analytics), Data pipelines (ETL, ML-ready datasets), Admin tools (Zendesk integrations)
• Team Collaboration: Work with hardware engineers, UX designers, DevOps, and external partners; Foster continuous improvement and psychological safety

Requirements

• Must-Have: 5+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Coach (software teams); Experience with mobile/IoT/connected devices; Knowledge of BLE, OTA updates, AWS microservices; Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, agile reporting; Strong facilitation & servant leadership skills; CSM/SAFe certification (preferred)
• Nice-to-Have: Background in consumer hardware/digital products; Self-starter who can wear multiple hats; Work Setup Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 remote); Must be able to start quickly

This is a high-priority role. Previous experience in sport/tech brands is a plus but not required.
