Agile Scrum Master/Delivery Lead
Job Description
This position is for a Scrum Master/Delivery Lead for a Private Cloud Transformation program. The role involves leading the delivery of infrastructure-as-code via defined Tech Stacks into new datacenters using a hyper-converged hosting platform. The individual will be responsible for the end-to-end leadership, coordination, and delivery of strategic programs and projects within a technical organization, blending enterprise delivery leadership with lean portfolio management to achieve business outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders and portfolio stakeholders to define business outcomes, success metrics, and delivery priorities.
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs and projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Support portfolio-level planning, coordination, and dependency management across multiple workstreams.
- Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and impediments across initiatives.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery approaches to meet initiative needs.
- Manage program and project financials, including forecasts, budgets, and expense tracking.
- Ensure initiatives comply with enterprise change management policies, standards, and controls.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of portfolio, program, and change management processes.
Experience
- Typically 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or Technical Project/Program Management roles.
- Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology programs, such as cloud transformation or platform engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience operating within Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks).
- Experience leading work in matrixed or global environments.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe concepts.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Broad technical background supporting infrastructure, networking, Public Cloud, and AI technologies.
- Familiarity with automation technologies like Terraform.
- Understanding of financial services or other regulated environments.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- SAFe / Agile certifications.
- Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
