Seeking a Lead Scrum Master for a contract position. This role involves leading agile practices, facilitating ceremonies, and driving cross-team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach agile practices across teams to enhance business value delivery.
• Facilitate and improve agile ceremonies and working sessions.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and demonstrate project management skills.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners on agile values and practices.
• Partner with Product Owners to improve backlog health and prioritization.
• Identify and help remove impediments impacting delivery progress.
• Support the organization's evolution toward scaled agile practices.
• Lead agile delivery practices across teams using various agile methods.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and improve their effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross-team initiatives and manage delivery alignment.
• Mentor and supervise Scrum Masters and agile teams.
• Establish and monitor agile delivery KPIs to drive improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in agile delivery and related roles.
• Relevant agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe preferred.
• Experience coaching multiple agile teams and supporting agile adoption.
• Experience with agile tools and methodologies.

Pay
