Scrum Master Lead

Location: Hybrid in New Albany, OH (43054)
Contract Duration: 12+ Months

About the role

Senior-level Scrum Master with a proven track record leading agile teams to achieve sprint goals and delivery commitments. Strong core skills in facilitation, communication, forecasting, dependency management, and organization. Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate communication among highly experienced business and IT associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams through ambiguous situations and rapid change

Requirements

• Prior e-commerce experience/exposure preferred
• Experience with tools: JIRA, Mural, Confluence, Microsoft O365 (including Teams & SharePoint)
