SCM Administrative Assistant - Vogtle 3&4
Grade Level: Non-Exempt 4-7
About the Role
This position will provide clerical support to Supply Chain Management at Vogtle 3&4.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED is required; higher level education preferred
- Minimum two (2) years administrative work experience required; five (5) years secretarial/administrative work experience preferred
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat or other scanning software
- Prior experience in D2 and scanning documents
- Understanding of Quality Assurance Records and engineering documents is desirable
- Working knowledge of Webtop Documentum is preferred
- Working knowledge of MAXIMO is preferred
- Working knowledge of ORACLE is preferred
- High-level keyboarding skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Experience handling multiple projects, high-volume workload, and working in a fast-paced team environment is preferred
- Ability to learn industry-specific software in assigned areas
- High level of customer interface in person and over the telephone with professionalism
Responsibilities
- Scanning and uploading documents in D2
- Training coordination
- Timekeeping
- Travel planning
- Coordinating various events/meetings
- Filing

- Maintaining procedures
- Preparing expense reports
- Coordinating special projects and other administrative duties
- Providing back-up support to the Secretary and other Administrative Assistants within the department
- Supporting outage needs as required
