Scientists - LCMS-MS Bioanalysis & Method Validation

We are seeking Scientists specialized in LCMS-MS Bioanalysis & Method Validation to join a regulated laboratory environment. Responsibilities include designing, executing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative experiments supporting LC–MS bioanalysis, method validation, and sample analysis. This involves sample preparation techniques such as protein precipitation, solid-phase extraction, and immunocapture, as well as operating, calibrating, tuning, and troubleshooting LC–MS instrumentation, including Triple Quadrupole and UPLC systems. The role requires reviewing and interpreting chromatography and mass spectrometry data, preparing technical documentation, protocols, and reports compliant with GLP standards. Collaboration with project teams and stakeholders is essential to meet study objectives and timelines, along with contributing to process improvements and technological advancements within the lab. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in applied/laboratory sciences or relevant experience with hands-on LC–MS workflow proficiency, sample handling, and preparation techniques. Knowledge of GLP documentation standards and data management tools (e.g., LIMS) is advantageous. Key skills encompass strong attention to detail, troubleshooting abilities, effective communication, and teamwork. The role demands high-quality, compliant data production, scientific judgment, and the capacity to escalate issues when necessary.
